Coolidge Yoga is holding Vinyasa Flow in the Park for the next few weeks. With many wanting to keep their exercise routines outdoors, this is a great opportunity to get a in a great workout, be part of a positive community while keeping a ‘safe distance’.
Classes are held in Knyvet Square in Brookline. All levels are welcome and there are class options each day to work with people’s different schedules. Interested participants should pre-register online and bring their mat, props (optional), mask (optional) and water and be ready to head outside!
Classes will be cancelled if there is inclement weather – students will be notified via email the day of the class and be issued a refund in the form of credit for a future outdoor class. For safety reasons, no walk-ons will be allowed. Coolidge Yoga will closely follow all state and local guidelines and keep students apprised of any changes.
