Yoga, music and movement workshop for children (Ages 2-8)


This workshop is designed to encourage children to move their bodies in healthy ways, with a focus on stretching, balance activities, and building core strength. 


Our classes also emphasize listening skills, following directions, calming techniques, and the importance of breath and how it affects the body. We incorporate traditional yoga poses, like the Sun Salutation, along with playful songs about nature, trees, apple picking, and more. 


This workshop includes live music, with two teachers: one teacher demonstrates the poses and the other teacher plays the music.


This workshop is more than just yoga; it’s an immersive experience that blends movement and music to create a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children.
