An extraordinary two weekend intensive covering the full breadth of restorative & yin yoga, yoga nidra & meditation with Down Under's Master Restorative teachers. This training imparts a toolkit of skills to deepen your restorative practice & incorporate Yin, Nidra, Meditation & a Restorative lens into your Vinyasa teaching. Open to all interested students.
