The Daoist Gate Center invites you to join us for a celebration of World Tai Chi Day on April 30, 2022 in the Boston Common, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
You can find us near the bandstand in the Common on the Tremont St. side of the park.
Master Zhou Xuan Yun will lead a follow-along lesson and students will perform the Wudang 108 form, the Wudang 13 form, Taiyi Five Elements Fist, and the Wudang Taiji Sword form.
This event is free and open to the public of all ages.
If you have ever been interested in tai chi, this is a great opportunity to see what we are about and learn more about our regular class offerings. The Center offers free and affordable tai chi lessons from Master Zhou and his certified instructors and instructors-in-training.
Also, beginning May 15, 2022, we will be resuming our free Tai Chi in the Common classes, led by coach Stephanie Orme.
