World Ocean Day Cleanup in Boston

Join Everlane and the Surfrider Foundation MA Chapter for a cleanup around the Fan Pier Harborwalk.

As part of a summer series of beach cleanups in cities around the U.S., presented by our partners at Everlane, you're invited to join us at the beautiful Fan Pier Harborwalk (in Boston’s Seaport District) for a cleanup to celebrate World Ocean Day! RSVP to save your spot, as capacity is limited.

All participants are required to preregister for this cleanup before June 8th.

Time and Place: Starting at 11:30AM on June 8 2021. Look out for the Surfrider MA flag along the water near the Harborwalk Playground (behind 22 Liberty Drive) and the Harborwalk Lookout Terrace (25 Fan Pier Boulevard).

All participants will be required to wear a face covering during the event and guidance is in place to help maintain 6 ft physical distancing. Stay home if you or someone you are in close contact with is in a high-risk group, has recently had any symptoms, or suspects recently being exposed.

Please bring your own work gloves, face covering, and food/drink for this cleanup. We’ll still provide sanitized buckets and tools for trash collection, as well as gear for data collection and plenty of hand sanitizer!
