The Esplanade Association and Healthworks Fitness are co-hosting a Women's Self Defense class on the Esplanade.


It's important for all women to know Self Defense. Healthworks Group and Krav Maga Yashir Boston are partnering to bring the entire Boston Community a FREE self defense class at the Hatch Shell through the Esplanade Association. This free, hour-long class on the Esplanade will focus on simple physical solutions to common scenarios that women face, along with an understanding of preventative measures. Come alone, or come with friends – no partner required.
