Target your glutes with Stef Fit, learn about skincare through the decades, and take on Alex Crockford’s signature Crockfit workout
Tune in at Women's Health YouTube channel
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Home Booty GLOW Up
– Stef Williams (Stef Fit), personal trainer and We Glow app founder
This quick session with Stef Fit is all about those glute gains. You'll perform two circuits and a superset, with minimal rest in between – it won't be easy, but it'll be worth it. You'll need a resistance band and a mat for this class.
LEVEL: Intermediate
Should be suitable for all, but exercises on your back after 16 weeks pregnant should generally be avoided, so for the last exercise, I can provide modifications. Also obviously with the “physical injuries of any sort” - unless you've been advised to avoid lower body movements by a health professional you should be fine. There are no high impact movements in the workout so should be fine for most people.
EQUIPMENT:
Dumbbells
Short Resistance Band
Chair
Mat
13:00 PM - 13:30 PM: Your skincare manual for every decade
– Dr Anjali Mahto, dermatologist
– Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, NHS medical consultant, medical director of Adonia Medical Clinic, award-winning skincare and aesthetic medicine expert
– Perdie Nouril, Women's Health Beauty Editor
Hosted by Women's Health Beauty Editor Perdita Nouril, this bumper beauty talk will focus on how to create a skincare routine at any age, as well as the ingredients and treatments to look out for in your twenties, thirties, forties and fifties. Tune in to hear skincare pros Dr Anjali Mahto and Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme reveal what happens to your skin during every decade and the steps you can take to futureproof your skin in the years
17:00 AM - 17:45PM: CROCKFIT Build and Burn
