Our next Women in Real Estate & Planning event will celebrate International Women's Day (technically on 3/8). Rather than having a set agenda and featured speaker, we're opening up this session for a discussion with the group about the opportunities and challenges of being women in this industry.
We also want to use this time to discuss how we can be advocates for diversity and inclusion within our organizations beyond just bringing more cis women into the fold - specifically, how we can be advocates for people of color and the LGBTQ+ community.
