Join culture-melding Chef Kendall DaCosta for an arts-centric cocktail party on March 1, 2025.
Listen to live music and peruse work by local artists Ananda Toulon, Narvicto de Jesus, Michael Talbot, PHEEBZ, Celina Colby and Ian Babylon. Each artist will be available to chat about their process and their creations. If you’re feeling inspired, contribute a doodle or a drawing to our interactive art wall, then snap a photo to remember the evening.
During the party Chef DaCosta will be dishing out five rounds of artisanal appetizers inspired by foods from the artists’ childhoods blended with Afrodiasporic culinary traditions. Known for his innovative menus, DaCosta loves to showcase how similar food and food-related nostalgia can be found across diverse cultures.
Supplement the delicious bites with craft cocktails created by Kyisha Davenport (@barnoirboston), the GM and beverage director at the award-winning restaurant Comfort Kitchen.
With Friends is just that, a celebration of friendship, community, culture, food, and art in Boston. It’s a gathering intended to nourish body, mind, soul, and spirit.
