On the darkest night of the year please join Jeff Costa and Meredith Sills for 75 minutes of deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga. Release tension, unwind and surrender yourself to extended posture holds utilizing blankets, bolsters and blocks for comfort and support.
In the gently heated, candlelit studio, Reiki Masters David Trauterman and Shannon Foley will transmit healing energy medicine to deepen your relaxation and vitality. This master class offers a collaboration of holistic therapies to prepare you for the holiday season. All are welcome. This class is free for members, and $25 for non-members.
