Croatia offers an array of climates and cultures which are reflected in their variety of wine styles. In this class, we will be sampling wines from the Uplands, Istria and Dalmatia regions. Discover the local grape varieties of Graševina, Teran and Plavac Mali. Learn about Croatia's terroir, wine history and culture while sipping some of these outstanding examples of quality Croatian wines being produced today.


This class will be offered Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who choose to register for the online class only, you can purchase the wines directly from the Croatian Premium Wine Shop online. (Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping to the East Coast.) Some of the wines are also available in local wine shops.
