Buena Vista Chateau Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 $39.99 🎃

Rich, bright garnet in color, this 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon tempts you with

flavors of ripe plum, juicy raspberries, and blackberry. Accentuated on the

nose are intoxicating notes of bright fruit, cassis and chocolate. The palate is luxurious and lengthy with soft, silky tannins and an elegant and luscious mouthfeel. This wine presents a deep, impenetrable garnet hue with a nose that unfolds with a symphony of dark succulent blackberries and ripe blackcurrants. Subtle hints of cassis lend an additional layer of complexity, while a graceful veil of dark cocoa delicately intertwines with the fruit, adding richness and allure. The tannins are beautifully integrated without overpowering the wine's inherent elegance. The mouthfeel is velvety and supple, carrying the concentrated flavors through a finish that lingers long after each sip. Expressive and lush nose of creamy berries, dark cherries, vanilla, cassis and sweet oak spices. Full body with fine, creamy tannins. Rich and full of generous creamy berries and an equally demonstrative and dense finish with excellent length.

Maison Gutowski Cotes De Provence M G Grande Cuvee Rose.$14.99 🎃

M-G Grande Cuvée Rosé is a wine from Maison Gutowski in the CÎtes de Provence region of France. It's made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault grapes. Some say it's a gastronomic rosé with a delicate yet bold flavor profile. Here are some more details about M-G Grande Cuvée Rosé:

Taste: Some say it's crisp and dry, and pairs well with tomato-based dishes. Selection of the best terroirs of AOC CĂŽtes de Provence. The ancient

parcels benefit from shale and silty soils of the Massif des Maures, the clay-limestone vineyards near Thoronet and Lorgues and a great

exposure to the sunshine of Provence in Le Cannet des Maures. Grapes

are harvested during the night. They are being directly pressed without

any maceration to keep a fresh fruit, enhance a floral bouquet as show a

bright pale color. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tank. The malolactic fermentation are blocked to retain a crisp acidity.

TASTING NOTES: Floral nose with aromas of stone fruit. Smooth and delicate texture paired with red berries aromas on the palate with a fresh chalky minerality and a long finish.

Collio Pinot Grigio Mongris Marco Felluga. $17.99 🎃

The name Mongris comes from the union of two words: “monovitigno” and “gris”, which in Friulian means “grey”.

100% Pinot Grigio: A variety grown in Collio since the mid-1800s, Pinot Grigio finds its maximum qualitative expression in our denomination.

Characteristics: Golden yellow color with coppery nuances. The scent has pronounced hints of acacia flowers, broom and apple. Elegant and fruity taste, full-bodied and well structured. Persistent in the finish. Location of the Vineyards: Municipalities of Farra d'Isonzo, San Floriano and CormĂČns Land: Hilly. Typical of the Collio, the ponca , in Friulian dialect, or flysch is a terrain formed during the Eocene and characterized by an alternation of marl and sandstone. It is a soil rich in minerals, which, aided by strong temperature variations, gives the wines flavor and minerality and, for this reason, is particularly suitable for the cultivation of white grape varieties.

Breeding Method: Guyot. Tasting Notes:Golden yellow in colour, often with copper tones. It has an intense and immediate bouquet with pronounced hints of acacia flowers, broom and apple. In the mouth it is elegantly fruity and becomes full bodies, well-structured and has a remarkably long finish.

Banshee Mordecai Red Blend $19.99 🎃

(Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Tannat, Carignan)

Anderson Valley, Sonoma County, Napa Valley, Mendocino County. The very rough and unscientific formula is this: about

a third Bordeaux varieties, about a third Rhone varieties, and about a third other varieties dominated by Zinfandel with a bit of this or that peppered in. An organic Carignan vineyard in Redwood Valley continues to expand its influence in Mordecai, acting as a bridge between the Rhone and Bordeaux lots.

Tasting notes: An enticing nose of pepper, violets, cigar and cassis. On the palate it is a mouthwatering mélange of red berry and plum flavors backed by earthy tones of herb roasted meat and fresh black trumpet giving way to a spiceladen finish.

RouteStock Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon $ 26.99 🎃

The aromas of this wine are very classic Napa Valley, seducing you with notes of dark black fruit, cedar, bay laurel, cocoa and dusty plum. The pallet is expansive throughout with mouth-watering flavors of black plum, mushroom, chocolate, savory hints of bay leaf and fine sweet Napa Valley fruit. The wine fills the mouth with richness, fruit, a bright acidity and just enough natural grape and oak tannin to lengthen the wine into a great lingering aftertaste. The use of four Bordeaux varietals adds to the complexity, depth and interest of this finely crafted Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting notes: The deep purple color of the wine extends all the way to the rim of the glass and gives way to an explosive nose that is the essence of Napa Valley, black fruit, dark cocoa, coffee and deep plum. The wine is thick, rich and full on the palate with beautiful balance between fruit, tannin, acidity, oak and alcohol. The flavors of chocolate, blackberry, bay laurel and sweet French oak penetrate the palate and last for minutes. There is strength and power but constrained with bright acidity, fruit and just the right amount of balancing tannin. The wine is savory and chewy as well as bright and vibrant.

Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs North Coast $43.99 🎃

The Schramsberg style of Blanc de Blancs is dry and crisp. Small lots of barrel fermented wines, some of which complete malolactic fermentation, are added to stainless-steel fermented wines to create added complexity in the blended base wine. After undergoing a second fermentation in bottle, the wine then ages on its yeast lees for about two years prior to disgorgement. With its vibrant, fruitful and focused nature, this sparkling wine will maintain its freshness, structure and refined finish for many years, even decades following its initial release. While this wine can be enjoyed by itself as an apéritif, it is also perfect with fresh oysters and other shellfish, crab cakes, ceviche and grilled sea bass. It is also delicious with lemon chicken and Thai curries. Serve with aged Gouda or other

hard cheeses, and as a counterpoint to soft triple creams.

Tasting Notes: This B&B has aroma of fresh granny Smith apple, lemon lime and fresh baked bread, intermingled with hints of baked pineapple and toasted almonds. Its vibrant flavors of Meyer lemon and tart apple bring drive to the mid-palate, leading to a clean, palate-cleansing finish.”

Tinto Amorio 'Monje Skin Contact' $29.99 🍁

Tinto Amorio is having a bit of a moment. Founded by Anish Patel in Los Angeles in 2016, the company has really started to draw attention from those looking for fun and interesting, bright natural wines. Once an investment banker, Anish decided to switch to wine while recovering from a serious car accident and reconsidering his life trajectory. That decision has led, now several years later, to a lineup of really fresh and interesting wines. He and his team use grapes that are farmed organically or biodynamically, they ferment only with indigenous yeasts, and the only additive is a minimal amount of sulfur at bottling. This ‘Monje’ is an intriguing blend of French colombard, gewĂŒrztraminer and albariño macerated for a modest seven days with a little bit of zinfandel. After aging in barrels 3-4 months on lees, it was bottled on the full moon. Passionfruit, red grapefruit, and a hint of pine resin open to blood orange on the palate, with a slightly nutty finish. It's an ideal balance of savory and heady, fruited ebullience. Certified organic, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.

Tinto Amorio Bheeyo Skin-Contact $26.99 🍁

58% French Colombard, 30% Gewurztraminer, 9% Zinfandel and 5% Albarino is the make up of this fun amber wine that had 24 days of skin contact during fermentation. For only 30% Gewurztraminer, this is a very floral wine, tons of jasmine up front which leads to notes of black tea and peach fruit. The black tea, besides adding flavor, serves as tannins, which are fairly light, for the wine. Vibrant grapefruit brings a little more fruit out on the finish.
