Come hang with us and the sake experts coming directly from Japan! We're hosting Alyssa DiPasquale, owner of The Koji Club, sake brewer Miho Fujita from Yuho, sake brewer Tetsuro Igarashi from Tensei Brewery, and Monica Samuels, their importer, sake extraordinaire, and translator.


You'll taste through 4 sakes together, and there will be ample time for Q+A.


Tensei is a multi-talented brewery defined by an entrepreneurial spirit, an international outlook, and a laid-back surfer atmosphere. Unapologetically unconventional, Yuho experiments with brewing components and techniques to produce sake that have a wild, gamey characteristic with pronounced acidity and remarkable texture.


This is a one-hour class, held indoors at DEAR ANNIE. Tickets include 4 tasting pours. The class will be in Japanese, but there will be a translator.
