Want to travel the world but don’t want to deal with TSA? We’ve got you covered. We’re sipping around the world in this wine-centric series. Starting this April, we’re taking a trip around the world: South Africa, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, and then bringing it home with the USA. Our series of five classes will have you eating and drinking around the world from the comfort (and ease) of our Brookline shop. In this class, we will dive into DOMESTIC WINE, learn that it’s soooo much more than a California Cab, and taste the amazing labor of small New England farmers. We’ll pair the perfect cheese (as usual) to bring out the true character of these wines, all while sharing the what’s, why’s, and how’s in our typical curds&co way.

 

All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
