On Wednesday, September 22nd, Chef Michael Serpa's Parisian-inspired bistro, Grand Tour, will host its first wine dinner with Stone Street Estate Vineyards.
For only $85 per person, the five-course dinner will feature delicious, French dishes from Executive Chef David Nevins paired with complementary pours from Stone Street Estate Vineyards as well as conversion with a Stone Street representative. A departure from the typical communal-style wine dinner seating format, reservations will be available for individual parties from 6 to 8 p.m.- allowing guests to comfortably and safely dine at their leisure at their own tables.
Courses include:
- Maine Uni Crudo with mango dressing, green chili, macadamia nuts, ginger, and lime & Stonestreet Sauvignon Blanc 2019
- Slow Roasted Spaghetti Squash with pear butter, warm comte, and chives & Stonestreet Chardonnay 2017
- Rare Seared Yellowfin Tuna with peppercorn gastrique, creamy bone marrow onions, and walnut persillade & Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
- Cast Iron Prime Strip Steak with slow-roasted fennel, prunes, cured olives, parm, and basil & Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon Rockfall Vineyard 2014
- Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme with whipped cream, pistachios, orange sea salt
