: New England’s favorite outdoor dining experience, the Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms, continues to impress guests this summer with some of the region’s best chefs in an intimate, multi-course farm-to-table dinner featuring fresh ingredients grown on-site by the Smolak team. On August 21st, 2019, join Chef Anthony Caturano of Tonno/Prezza for some delicious Italian food as he shows off a multi-course meal. For appetizers, guests can enjoy an Octopus Salad Crostini from the Tonno Restaurant and Melon Prosciutto Crostini from the Prezza Restaurant. Following the apps, guests can indulge into a yummy first course of Bluefin Tuna Crudo with Smolak Farm chive oil and cucumber. The next course will be Crispy Zucchini Flower with Smolak farm roasted tomatoes and it will be followed by Short Cut Rigatoni “Genovese” with stewed Smolak Farm onions and beef and Grilled Pork Chop with Smolak Farm peaches and honey polenta, and ending with a Roasted Smolak Farm Plum Crisp with homemade Smolak Vanilla Ice Cream.
On August 28th, 2019, Chef Stephen Coe of Matadora will take over Pine Grove, presenting guests with tastes of tapas. The Whim Dinner Series at Smolak Farms takes place every Wednesday evening through August 28th, 2019, beginning at 5:30pm at the farm located in North Andover, Massachusetts.
