Struggling with creative blocks? Not feeling motivated or inspired? Then this workshop is for you.

Whether you're a visual artist, teaching artist, musician, performer, writer, poet, or a multidisciplinary artist, chances are you have experienced creative blocks. This is often due to the mistreatment of and pressure we put on our inner child. Our inner child is who allows us to create. Artists are unique because we've been able to keep our inner child alive within us.

In this workshop we will learn about the connection between our creativity and inner child, learn ways to nurture ourselves better and stay inspired, and go through a guided meditation to visit our inner child.
