Understanding how pronouns are used in the workplace are an important part in LGBTQA+ inclusivity. Sharing, asking, and using the correct pronouns for your colleagues shows that you’re respecting who they are. In this webinar, SGO Facilitator Kia Rivera will share ways to ask for a colleague’s pronouns and what to do if you don’t get it right.
