Why will web accessibility help your business? An accessible website is often the easiest way to do business with many people with disabilities as well as older uses with age related accessibility needs. Website accessibility is a particular resource for those who cannot read print material, people who have difficulty getting to a physical store, and others. Further, accessibility often overlaps with other best practices such as mobile web design, usability, and search engine optimization (SEO).


Taking measures to ensure your business’ website is accessible can help your organization retain & gain consumers, meet ADA and other compliance mandates while also doing good. Learn steps you can take in this workshop, led by Bruce Howell, accessibility services manager for The Carroll Center for the Blind.
