Join the local businesses at Wayland Town Center for some holiday fun, giveaways, tree lighting on the Green (courtesy of Russell’s Garden Center), and SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES by Santa, Elsa, Moana, Ariel, Belle, Moana, Superman, Spider-Man, Daniel Tiger, Buzz Lightyear, Cocomelon, Minion our friends at Wayland Police & Wayland Fire and more!

2PM-3PM | Cocoa With A Cop

Have a cup of hot cocoa for $1 with Wayland Police Department at The Bagel Table from 2pm – 3pm before Santa’s arrival.


3PM | Santa’s Arrival By Firetruck

Line up on the Green with Elsa, Moana, Ariel, Belle, Moana, Superman, Spider-Man, Daniel Tiger, Buzz Lightyear, Cocomelon, Minion, and watch Santa arrive by fire truck with our friends at Wayland Police & Wayland Fire at 3pm.


4:45PM | Tree Lighting

Gather around the Green for our annual tree lighting at 4:45pm as we sing a song with Santa and countdown to the tree lighting! 



3-4:30 PM | Wayland Children and Parents Association (WCPA)

Join the WCPA Winter Wonderland at the Wayland Town Center Holiday Stroll and Tree Lighting on Saturday, 12/9, from 3-4:30 P.M. They will have fun winter-themed activities, crafts, and snacks for kids of all ages. Their annual community-building craft will feature a Paper Crane Project designed to inspire kindness, hope, and peace.
