Using the wall as a prop can provide support, leverage, and feedback in a variety of postures. From opening the shoulders to stabilizing the nervous system, we will explore how to incorporate a wall into daily practice. We will target specific leg muscles in standing postures and backbends, and of course we’ll go upside-down! Finally, a nice yin-style cool down using that vertical surface for resistance is the most easeful closing to a class you can imagine. No handstand experience required, just a strong downward facing dog and a willingness to try new things!
