An in-person Feldenkrais® workshop with Eve Boltax
Saturday, October 2nd - 2:00-4:30pm at First Church in Jamaica Plain
Certification of vaccination status and masks will be required for this indoor workshop. Space is limited to 25 participants to allow for social distancing.
This workshop will explore harmonious efficient movement for better, upright walking. Lying on the floor, you will be guided through gentle movement sequences that deconstruct elements of walking and develop your awareness of how you can move through the world with more possibilities and wholeness.
This workshop will be recorded and made available to everyone who registers. Scholarships are available - please inquire directly with Eve ([email protected])
The Feldenkrais Method® is a sensory-motor learning process for expanding possibilities in movement and life. With an understanding that the mind, body, and environment are inextricably linked, we use movement as an entry point to rewire patterns of thinking, feeling, sensing, and action on conscious and unconscious levels. The method is named after its founder: the brilliant 20th century engineer, physicist, and judo master Moshe Feldenkrais.
Who is Feldenkrais® for?
-you want to stay active as you age
-you want to sustain a high level of performance
