10:45-12:00pm: Workout
VUE X HIIT will have you sweating and challenging yourself with basic body weight exercises. Suitable to all fitness levels, Hannah and Ashley will lead you through quick intense burst of motivational music driven training, followed by active recovery periods. Modifications will be provided!
12:00pm and on (open to the public): Hydrate and chill with us at Cisco
**A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation, which will go towards building Gronk Playground on the Esplanade**

About Our Instructors:
Hannah is a Boston based fitness trainer currently working in the seaport. With a background in dance and competitive cheerleading, you can expect Hannah’s classes to be upbeat and challenging.
Ashley, originally from Maine, brings the “way life should be” mantra to her classes. She wants her students to be able to feel their best selves when in class – motivating them to channel the same strength and motivation outside class. Ashley believes in empowering her students to pursue their inner strength which reveals their true beauty. Redefining beauty as strength has become a mission for Ashley. She founded of a non-profit, Miss Pink, which advocates for female empowerment and supports breast cancer survivors and their families during treatment.
