Voices of Black Madonna is a free educational presentation for young audiences (12 and under) that celebrates the lives and artistry of three legendary singers who raised their voices as part of the liberation movements of the 20th century: Marian Anderson, Leontyne Price, & Mahalia Jackson.
Geared towards families and kids (ages 12 and under), Voices of Black Madonna will highlight the power, voices, and importance of these women through performance, storytelling and audience engagement.
