Many of us are driving to be creative during this time. It can be hard to produce when each day is a struggle to maintain social distancing, navigate your now-work-from-home job, and try your best to stay positive. Maria Photinakis, author, illustrator, and artist, knows what it’s like and is working on her own project detailing and recording these very strange times.


Maria will walk us through initial steps in comic book drawing and writing with an eye to jotting down the details of these unprecedented times. No special materials needed – just grab a pen or pencil and some paper (even scrap paper!).
