Under the baton of Maestro Bruce Hangen, the Vista Philharmonic Chamber Players open the 23-24 season with a special performance in Meadow Hall. Principal players from the orchestra will present a varied program of large chamber works by Benjamin Britten, Ernest Bloch, and Claude Debussy, featuring amazing pianist Jenny Tang in a concerto by Johann Sebastian Bach. The evening will conclude on a lighter note with Scott Joplin’s “Entertainer,” performed in the same orchestration as originally published in 1902.
