Vending machines often induce nostalgia; We all have our favorite bag of something salty or bar of something sweet. Why not elevate your juice box game to something fermented paired alongside your favorite vending machine treats? Globally, vending machines offer way more than chips. In this class we’ll explore combinations and “composed” vending machine dishes paired with natural wines. Feel free to bring your favorite snack to pair with what we’ve come up with. No change required. Instructor: Hannah Morrow


Friday, 6-8pm. Jan. 26. The cost of tuition includes all food materials and fees.
