Veggie Galaxy’s extensive all-day menu reimagines classic diner favorites with vegetarian and vegan twists. To celebrate, Veggie Galaxy will offer $1 breakfast sandwiches (normally $9.99 - $11.99). All four varieties will be available from 9 AM to 11 AM, starting Monday, November 11th - Friday November 15th. One per customer.

Established in 2011, Veggie Galaxy is a beloved fixture in Boston’s vegetarian and vegan dining scene. The iconic diner and bakery is owned by founding partner Adam Penn, managing partner Michael Bissanti, who opened The Paramount on Charles Street, The Blarney Stone in Dorchester, and Four Burgers in Central Square and Deatrich Wise Jr. of the New England Patriots. Veggie Galaxy’s extensive menu reimagines classic diner favorites with a plant-based twist. The offerings include a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, from breakfast staples like vegan pancakes and seitan sausage to comfort food entrées such as veggie burgers and mac & cheese. With all items made from scratch, Veggie Galaxy serves hearty, indulgent meals that cater to both vegetarian and vegan diets, but are familiar and delicious enough to appeal to all. Chef offers daily and weekly specials to reflect the season.
ABOUT THE BAKERY
The Veggie Galaxy Bakery has an extensive selection of fully vegan pastries and confections, all crafted by pastry chef Miranda Gray. The bakery menu includes a variety of cakes, pies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies and more—all made from scratch and 100% plant-based. Whether it's a decadent Taza Chocolate Layer Cake or the playful Funfetti Birthday Cake, every sweet treat is packed with flavor and free from animal products.
