Bring your special someone for an evening that is sure to impress.
In this class you will learn intermediate glass fusing knowledge, such as working with cold glass sheets, remnants, frits to create a fused glass sushi set (one large plate, and one small plate for sauce). Couples will work together, challenging each other to design a piece that represents both identities while coming together to make a beautiful piece of art. You will also gain an in depth look at kiln working. Learned techniques include cutting straight lines, curved lines, and circles.
Note: One ticket ($100) admits one couple to attend class. Couples will be create one sushi plate set, sharing the project.
Pieces will be ready for pick up after firing (~2 weeks).
Great for beginners.
