Whether you're working on a well-established product or service, or a startup idea that hasn't fully developed yet, you'll need to talk to people. Developing an understanding of users’ behavior, thoughts, needs, and desires helps teams build stronger products and better user experiences. Students will go through an overview of different research methods, learn how to frame great questions and perform an in-class activity on user interviewing.
