There's an urgent need for donors during these uncertain times, and one donation can save up to three person’s lives. Please consider giving at Westgate Mall’s (Brockton) American Red Cross blood drive on Thursday, May 27 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The drive is by appointment only. Please register at RedCrossBlood.org/give and enter the sponsor code WESTGATEBROCKTON. Organizers will practice social distancing procedures and advanced safety protocols. All donations will be screened for COVID-19 antibodies. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stated that the coronavirus (COVID-19) does not pose any known risk to blood donors during the donation process or from attending blood drives.
