This workshop will teach urban gardeners how to create an eco-friendly garden. The instructor reviews the basics of gardening, as well as garden design, plant choice, and lawns, from an urban and sustainable perspective. She also reviews common urban gardening challenges and how to solve them. This presentation is geared towards beginner and intermediate gardeners, who have small outdoor spaces in city settings. Bring pictures and a rough sketch of your planting areas to do some hands-on garden designing.
