UNRATED Chess Tournament for children!

Join us on April 7th at Newton Cultural Center, 98 War Memorial Drive, Newton Centre, MA 02459, as the Vayner Networking Club presents an unrated children's chess tournament alongside an exclusive parent networking event.

We are honored to welcome former World Junior Champion and Grandmaster Leonid Kritz as our special guest. Grandmaster Kritz will provide valuable guidance and engage in simultaneous exhibition games against kids who want to challenge him, adding a touch of brilliance to the occasion.

For the young enthusiasts, this unrated tournament is an ideal opportunity to test their chess prowess through matches with peers of similar age and gain essential experience before stepping into rated competitive events.

While the kids are immersed in chess excitement, parents can unwind in a separate room. Enjoy delightful appetizers and refreshments, attend informative chess seminars on supporting young players, and forge connections with other local chess parents.
