United South End Settlements is offering two free virtual mental health workshops in partnership with Mindyra Health Corporation starting Monday January 24, 2022. The workshops will be led by Mindyra Chief Clinical Officer Connor Patros, Ph.D., who will provide attendees with helpful insights into how to improve their mental health during the pandemic. This workshop will focus on providing information to parental figures with issues related to stress, searching for jobs and work/life balance. The second workshop will be held the following Monday, January 31, and focus on assisting family units in support of their children’s mental health.
