An authentic dinner and authentic conversation about what it means to live an inspired life.
Join us for a pop-up dinner event, held in the home of our host, Adam, in Somerville near Union Square. A special to be announced artist will curate a conversation about living an inspired life. Additionally, enjoy amazing Peruvian cuisine prepared by Chef Jose Barriga, a Peruvian-American, Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and founder/director of the Cambridge Food Lab.
Jose's menu will include:
-Peruvian Fish Ceviche: Fish Ceviche is the quintessential dish of Peruvian cuisine! Raw fish, marinated in freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice, with sliced onions, chili peppers, salt and pepper.
-Quinoa stew (vegetarian/vegan): Cooked quinoa (native to Peru) in garlic and onions sauce mixed with potatoes and veggies.
-Salsa Criolla: onions and tomatoes marinated in lemon and (optionally) garnished with cilantro.
-Orange salad (Dessert): oranges, lime, sugar, and cinnamon.
