Turkish cuisine is full of texture, flavors, and aroma. Join Chef Didem, our native Turkish chef, who will be teaching you how to make homemade staple meals with her intuitive knowledge of Turkish cuisines and her cooking experience working with Chef Ana Sortun at Sofra and Oleana restaurant. We’ll make baked turkish meatballs with vegetables, jasmine pilaf with orzo, and sauteed carrots and spinach with yogurt. Instructor: Didem Hosgel
