On Tuesday, September 13th, we invite you to join us in our Lower Beer Hall, for an exciting evening of beers and perfect pairings with our friends from Von Trapp Brewing (Stowe, VT).
It was more than a decade ago when Johannes von Trapp started thinking about bringing a brewery to life at his family’s lodge in Stowe, Vermont. He had a dream to brew American interpretations of the traditional lagers he enjoyed while traveling to the countryside near his ancestral Austrian home.
Journey together with us through this 4-course dining and pairing event, with each item from our humble kitchen excellently paired with Von Trapp's world class, award-winning beers. Seating is limited.
