Unquestionably one of the greatest names in the French region of Alsace, the Trimbach family has been producing wines of great renown for over three centuries. The wines from F.E. Trimbach are prized for their depth, balance, and timeless character.
Join Jean Trimbach, 13th generation family member, as he guides us through tastes and storytelling of this legendary wine producer. The beautiful wine region of Alsace is situated amongst the rolling hills and quaint medieval villages of northeastern France. The Trimbachs have a purist vision, producing wines that are structured, long-lived, fruity, and elegant. Bottles remain in the cellar for several years before reaching the marketplace, ensuring the wines are both ready to drink upon release but also hold great aging potential.
This four-course dinner will feature the thoughtful and artful cuisine of Boston Harbor Executive Chef David Daniels.
This event will take place at 7pm in the Meritage and Atlantic Rooms of the Boston Harbor Hotel on Thursday, February 16th. Tickets to this event are $240 each inclusive of tax and gratuity and can be purchased here.
