Who knew that candy could make such an interesting cheese pairing? We're going to show you what our cheesemongers do with their Halloween candy, mixing and matching with some of our favorite cheeses and beverages. Please let us know about any allergies at Ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.


So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
