The Tri-State Trek's mission is to raise funds for ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI). Every dollar raised goes directly to ALS TDI to find treatments for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. The traditional annual Tri-State Trek is a fully supported, 3-day, 270-mile route from Boston to Greenwich.
