Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind.
Our Wednesday meditation classes take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life.
Each week will include:
October 2 - Karma
October 9 - Being kind to ourself
October 16 - Mindfulness practices
October 23 - How to transcend all problems
October 30 - We are not an island
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
