Few cuisines are more suited for the cold winter months than Russian cuisine. Come learn about traditional Russian staples with our native Russian chef, Olga Kharina. We'll make the famous Russian salad with the curiously French name, Oliver, as well as classic beef stroganoff. To finish off the night, we will prepare a delicious Russian apple cake, sharlotka.
