Tonno Wakefield, located conveniently on North Ave, hosts an Orin Swift Wine Dinner on Thursday, March 13th. Orin Swift is a wine brand founded in 1998 by the well known Dave Phinney. At this dinner, celebrate with a multi course dinner featuring some of the most interesting wines from Orin Swift.
The 5 course meal can be found below ($175 per ticket + tax):
First: 2023 Blank Stare, Sauvignon Blanc served with Halibut Crudo, granny smith apples, grapefruit, Calabrian chilis, drizzled with citrus vinaigrette.
Second: 2022 Slander, Pinot Noir served with Confit Duck Leg, brioche toast, porcini cream, and Amarena cherries.
Third: 2022 Eight Years in the Dessert, Red Blend 2022 Abstract, Red Blend 2022 Machete, Red Blend served with Short Cut Rigatoni, hot Italian sausage, mushroom, veal stock, tomato, and topped with pecorino.
Fourth: 2022 Palermo, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Papillon, Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend served with sliced Sirloin, red wine risotto, braised escarole, and a creamy peppercorn sauce.
Dessert: Cannolis
