Please join Venerable Lama Konchok Sonam for a special night of Himalayan music and food at the Masonic Lodge in Arlington, MA. We have singers and dancers from Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Ladakh, Mongolia, Vietnam and China.
The event is sponsored by House of Tibet Kitchen, Martsa on Elm and Rangzen Tibetan Place who will be providing delicious food which is included in the cost of the ticket. The food is vegetarian and there will be no alcohol.
There will be a silent auction and live auction with many Dharma related items, services and fun opportunities like Red Sox tickets. Everyone who purchases a ticket is entered for a chance to win our door prize.
The fundraiser is to benefit the Jowo Rinpoche Statue and to raise funds to build a permanent temple for this precious statue of the Buddha. The Temple will also serve to preserve Tibetan spiritual traditions and support the Tibetan and Himalayan communities living in the United States, and will also provide valuable services to the local community as a whole. This authentic Temple will be dedicated to world peace.
