THE INSTRUCTOR:
Boston-based coach, Jennifer Ley is one of ATCK Fitness’ favorite coaches. With three years of experience, Jenn will lead you through a 45-minute HIIT workout in this week's Thursday Fit at Six.
ATCK Fitness is an inclusive kickboxing & HIIT training workout, structured around passion, achievement and community. The Massachusetts-based fitness studio believes in health & wellness, in personal growth, and in connecting with coaches who can help their clients get there. During this uncertain time, they are committed to providing daily live workouts on ATCK Fitness' Instagram, Facebook, and Zoom.
THE WORKOUT:
Jenn will lead a 45-minute HIIT bodyweight workout. All you need is a yoga mat to practice on. All levels welcome.

The goal of this fundraising campaign is to send a piece of positivity to the frontlines who are working tirelessly, selflessly, and fearlessly to support our neighbors, friends, and family. At the same time, ATCK Fitness wants to recognize their fellow small business owners in the restaurant industry and extend a helping hand of encouragement.

The Boston Calendar's Thursday Fit at Six: Virtual Fitness Series will introduce you to a different workout and local instructor every week. Every Thursday at 6 p.m. ET, tune in via Facebook Live or Instagram Live to challenge yourself to a virtual workout led by local fitness instructors or studios.
