THE INSTRUCTOR:
Candice is a Boston-based fitness professional leading indoor cycling and strength-based fitness classes all over the city. Candice was a competitive swimmer for 14 years and competed at the US Olympic Team Trials before retiring from the sport and diving into the world of group fitness. Her goal is to create a space that is filled with acceptance, strength, and lots of humor and inspire people to be the most authentic and confident version of themselves.
Outside of the studio, Candice is a marketing and communications professional in the financial services industry. You can follow along with Candice on Instagram @candicepeak for her class schedule and lots of videos of her very strange Belgian Malinois, Yago.
THE WORKOUT:
Candice will lead a 30-minute full body strength workout. Weights are optional and modifications will be provided. All levels welcome.
