In his debut solo exhibition *CHROMESTHESIA*, artist Miles Perry invites viewers to explore the dynamic relationship between auditory and visual perception. Through a unique fusion of custom-programmed Arduino technology and abstract modern painting, Perry creates an immersive environment that challenges traditional boundaries of art.
Drawing from his Cape Verdean heritage and Boston's vibrant cultural scene, Perry’s work is deeply inspired by the rhythms of Jazz and Hip-Hop. Each piece captures the vibrancy of these musical genres, translating their emotional intensity into visual forms. The result is a series of paintings that not only reflect the energy of sound but interact with it, creating a multi-sensory experience that bridges the worlds of visual art and music.
