You'll prepare your dough the day/night before, and I will post a demonstration video by Saturday AM as well as prepare my dough live on IGTV/Instagram Live if you'd like to prep it together. Then we'll meet up via Zoom on Sunday AM to laminate, shape and bake our croissants.

**If you want to scan your pantry/larder first, you'll need: All Purpose Flour, Salt (sea or kosher preferred), Granulated Sugar, Unsalted Butter, European Butter (see recipe for options), Buttermilk (see recipe for options), Active Dry Yeast, Eggs, Optional fillings like chocolate, ham and cheese, etc.
