Theta healing is a frequency healing through meditation. I will help you connect with the frequency and with your permission command theta into the body to help with whatever is needed at the moment. Theta healing can help with many things including stress relief, physical or emotional pain, outdated beliefs, fears, entity and wayward spirit removals. It helps reprogram the subconscious mind. You should expect to feel a lot more relaxed. It's like you're getting a spiritual massage.


A little about myself. I received my healing certification from Corin Grillo's Angel Alchemy Academy and Theta Healing Institute of Knowledge (THInK). I'm a current actress on Showtime's "Dexter New Blood," a published writer, wrote an essay in "What Doesn't Kill Her: Women's Stories of Resilience," a standup comedienne, and work in Information Systems and IT.


I was born in Eritrea, East Africa raised in Boston and believe I come from a long ancestral line of healers.
