On Tuesday, August 30, The Venetian in Weymouth will treat guests to a carefully crafted wine dinner featuring a four-course meal and wine selections from regions all over Italy.
Executive Chef Paul King has prepared an Italian-inspired menu that will take guests’ taste buds on a culinary journey while enhancing each course with his carefully selected wine pairings.
The menu will be presented as follows:
FIRST COURSE
- Local Greens, Orange, Anise, Red Onion, Chardonnay Vinaigrette
- Hofstatter Gewurztraminer Vigna Kplbemhof
SECOND COURSE
- Casarecce, Garden Pesto, Toasted Pine Nuts, Crispy Guanciale Vino
